The Ctrl + Alt + Del Tool for the one handed technologist

One thing I would like to make since it looks to be a homemade product is the Ctrl+Alt+Del Tool that was featured in this TechBlog post:

This would definately help with having to press this key combinatation many times a day.

The journey begins

I was born with a little over half a brain and was never supposed to walk, talk or think.  Against the odds I graduated from College with honors and then decided to go back to school back in 1999 to study Microsoft Networking.  I earned my MCSE in Windows NT 4.0 while in school and have since upgraded my certification to Windows Server 2000, 2003 and 2008 all on the self study path.  I have also earned a MCTS is SQL Serve 2005 and an MCITP in SQL Server 2008.  I am currently studying for my MCSE in SQL Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012.  During my journey, I have learned a few tricks to do things with my one good hand to make life easier.  Just to show you below is a picture of my brain from a recent MRI I had

The gray part is a non cancerous cyst that keeps my brain in place.  Some how the MRI reverses the image.  The gray part is actually on the left side of my brain not the right like the image shows.
